the holidays were a success. got to see both sides of the family and played many board games as well.

So i have a vivid memory of driving to the texoco in haslet, TX in highschool and being astounded at gas at $1.59
it stuck in my memory cause it was just way expensive!@!
that was in either fall '03 or spring '04, i dont remember, but i saw that price again the other day and i just smiled.
cause i have been waiting to share that vivid memory since i realized prices were on the way down again.

i have actually teared up at a movie before.
i have slept thru some of a movie.
But never have i slept through a majority of a movie and still had the emotional investment to cry.
and this was a good cry not a teary eyed kinda thing you can play off as allergies.
i shed actual tears.
for about 20 solid minutes.
anyway i missed the funny middle part of the movie and only got the sappy ending, but Penijean says it was very funny too.

so i actually didn't catch the part of the news that explained why the gas prices will go back up but i dont think it will be soon.
