Today is mine and Max's one year!! Whoooo! He bought me a dozen roses...he said it was a dozen roses for a dozen months. Yay!
Now he's cooking dinner for me....tomato basil pasta and he's making his special garlic bread =)

So here is my Theory III Composition project! I'm so proud of it. I just sat down and focused like i'd never focused before and in 3 hours this came out.
So i'm in the music library between two classes just passing the time on the internet. The keyboard i'm typing on is really loud...the space bar makes a lot of noise. It's like the only loud noise besides the copiers.
I really really need to go to the bank today.
So far so good on all my mid terms!
My next class is "Basic Vocal Techniques"..it's a vocal pedagogy class. My teacher is probably the most fabulous baritone singer i've ever heard in my entire life. He's singing an aria in the opera this weekend (Orpheus In the Underworld) so i'm going to go hear him... plus i have to write a paper about it. Our latest assignment was to pick three songs to sing in class for a solo....one has to be in italian. Fun! My friend Caitlyn, who is a vocal major, helped me find an easy one =)
oh man i hate that. i get used to the keyboard on my laptop...then i type something at school and the keys are bigger, louder and farther apart. haha i make a lot of typing errors. I thought I should tell you because you might enjoy this tidbit of info. I am taking a music class...well music for elementary ed majors...we have to take it. and my teacher has nooooooooooo idea that i know anything about music... soooooo that class is super fun for me! :)
oh...and we had our midterm (really easy) naming pitches, how many beats does a quarter note get, singing a kids song ect. anyway after my test my teacher was like "personal question...were you ever in choir???" when i told her no she asked me to join the choir at western. hahahahahah o wow
