One of Colton's bottom teeth has been loose for a while. The permanent tooth has started coming up behind it, but it still didn't seem loose enough to come out. Today, I made him an appointment to see the dentist on Wednesday to have his teeth cleaned, and to possibly have that tooth pulled. I explained to the dentist it just didn't seem to be getting any looser.
Mom took Colton home to spend the night. He and my dad always spend their time wrestling around like hooligans. Colton decided to bite dad's hand or arm or something. Knocked his tooth right out. It didn't even really bleed.
That's a first--I haven't heard of that strategy for getting a tooth to come out LOL My siblings had a lot of trouble with the perm. teeth coming in behind (or above) the baby teeth instead of pushing them out...if you find out *why* they do that, let me know! (My mom thinks it is just having strong roots or "good" teeth?)
I'm with you on the space that hallways waste. You heat them, cool, them, carpet or whatever them, and they're basically just a cattle shoot to get from here to there.
I am teaching the ladies Bible class in a few months and I am having a hard time coming up with a topic. I have thought of a million things, but nothing has really grabbed me yet. I thought I would see if any of you have any suggestions. It is just a one-time class that should last about an hour or two max. Thanks for your help!! :)
The book that we are going to be using is called I Will Not be Lukewarm - RIsing Above Medeocrity by Dana Burk. I know alot of people around here who are interested in studing it. I have looked over it and it does look very good.
This is a broad topic that you can do a lot with. I taught a Bible class on "influence" once and really enjoyed preparing for it and considering all the ways we are influenced and how we influence others.
Yeah, tell me about it. Yep, got married 3 years ago, moved to Pennsylvania and now living in Duluth Minnesota. No kids just two weiner dogs. Things are good. I work for the Dept. Of Corrections as a psycho therapist...yeah who would have thunk...right? Our congregation has about 15 folks but we are plugging along. Not to many yankee Christians. Good to hear from you, keep in touch.
That is great. The only problem is we have 4 full teams now. But we have no alternates if someone does not show up. I hope they can come, odds are they will be able to play.
You are supposed to be at the Murff's no later than nine to register. Then from there you will go to the Crosby High school to play on their softball field. It's 2 miles down the road. Game will start at 9:15ish.
