So, I signed the kids up for a study skills class, and I was told I had to take it, too! HA! The fastest reader in the world is teaching it (via DVD). My beginning comprehension speed is 304 wpm. We will see what it is after the final class on Wednesday. You should ask my ch il dr en what their beginning speeds were in class today. This class is 3 hours each morning, Monday-Wednesday. I hope to see some improvement and some study skills learned in the next couple of days...

My 4th child Kendra now has a pleo. Please go by and tell her "HI!"


leahsparks	PRK is like lasik.... but they actually cut your eyes... and it's a 5-10 day recovery period with pain meds. I can never do things the easy way - ha! My eyes just wouldn't take the lasik...but I'd already done the consultation and was excited about having my eyes fixed...so I decided to go ahead & follow through! I'm so ready to have it done!!! Geting really nervous - I'm a big wienie! ha ha

Holiday's Over

Now that our 3 Xmas gift exchanges are over...we are looking forward to NEW YEAR'S... We were all blessed immensely with our family and material and spiritual blessings! We look forward to the New Year!

We will be with members of our local congregation for a New Year's Celebration after Wednesday Bible Study. That always proves to be exciting!

I will have to post pictures later... I have kids that are waiting for the computer;)

Another Performance

Tomorrow is our final performance! Hopefully it will be better than the last. The last one was very good, but we want this next one to be even better!!!

The Broadus' are here, YEA!!! They came from Tennessee to see our play! Is that good friends, or what?!?!? I hear they came to see Ashley...well, at least Tia did...

Well, maybe I will update within a week...maybe...

It was a tad stressful getting into Little Rock and on to 30 South away from the drizzling rain, freezing water on my windshield and the radio telling us about ALL the accidents in the area. Not to mention them telling everyone to STAY AT HOME! ha
